Itinerary: 3 Days Tour from Marrakech to Fes

Day 1: Marrakesh – Tizi-n-Tichka – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Gorge Toudra

Starting your 3 Days Tour from Marrakech by driving to Ouarzazate in the morning, crossing the High Atlas by the collar Tizi Tichka (2260m) and passing through several Berber villages. Stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou to visit Ameridile Kasbah, following our trip to the Gorges Toudra through the Valley of Roses, the village Kelaa, and Dades Valley once arrived to gorge Toudra. Dinner and night at the hotel.

Day 2: Gorges toudra – Tinejdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

Morning departure for a walking tour in the palm of Todra Valley. Before taking the road to Erfoud via Tinejdad and several Berber villages, we will stop at Marble Fossils in Erfoud. After the continuation of our adventure trip to the impressive Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. you leave the vehicle (4×4) to continue your trip by camel to attend the sunset in the dunes. You will spend the night in the tents of nomads in the Sahara desert to enjoy the silence with a sky full of stars. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac.

Day 3: Merzouga – Midelt – AZROU – Ifran – Fez

Waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise over the dunes and camels return to the hotel. After breakfast, Our journey done departure to Fez by several cities, Erfoud, Errachidia, Midelt, and Azrou where we will stop to take beautiful photos in the cedar forest, Ifran. History of Erg Chebbi Dunes in Merzouga

The story says that locals of Merzouga refused hospitality to a poor woman and her son so God sent a sandstorm that offended and buried them under high dunes which are called today Erg Chebbi dunes. Merzouga village, Hassi Labied, and Erg Chebbi desert are now considered one of the top desert destinations in the world which offer you a dream experience.

The Merzouga desert tourism starts from the Middle Atlas from Midelt and east from Ouarzazate.

Purists bemoan the encroachment of hotels flanking the western fringes of the dunes, although there’s no denying the spectacular views of the dunes from rooms and terraces. Yearly, races and competitions of 4WDs are held across the Hamada and Merzouga Desert and enjoy the sunset and camel rides.
